Normally really decent place so I may have just caught whoever was in charge on a bad day. But I accidentally placed an online order for drive instead of inside and was in a rush and noticed the line was big. I went inside to explain and whoever was in charge of drive thru snapped at the lady trying to help and told me to go through the drive. I went through the drive and waited in line, then she had moved my order to up front and I heard her behind the window worker berating me and calling me some colorful names while the window worker was trying to speak over her and make it to where I couldn’t hear. Like I said may have been a bad day, but the job’s clearly too much for her.

The service here is never good. Ever. Always dirty tables and floors. Workers cussing loudly. Confusion amongst the staff about nearly every order. The Short family are terrible business owners.

They touched my food with their hands.I ordered an egg mcmuffin without sausage. I get the mcmuffin, no sausage patty, but there's sausage left behind on it. Which tells me they picked it off with their fingers instead of making one fresh.That's disgusting.
It's a McDonald's. Came through the drive thru about 8:30pm the cashier at the first window was very nice and professional. The girl at the second window literally threw our drinks at me almost dropped them. Then our food came out about the same way. Very rude. Don't think we will be going to this McDonald's again especially with a different one just down the road. Would definitely not recommend this McDonald's.

***Every Monday this location cleans its Shake Machine from 8pm-Close (No Frappes or McFlurries)***Hailed as one of the best Mickey D's in town, this location is known for its super friendly employees, hot & fresh food, and relatively fast moving lines.Everyone who works here is usually friendly and chill and inside they are readily available to take your order (versus the screens). The atmosphere inside is nice and quiet, too, if you ever need a minute to just chill out somewhere in between errands or something.Both drive thru lanes are generally open.If you want to get out quicker, turn left when exiting and go behind Huck's to exit onto Pleasant Hill so you do not have to cross onto Route 51 Traffic (unless you are southbound).Parking: Plenty of parking on the North Side of the lot and there is also parking for curbside pickup too. If you want to eat in your car, there is parking behind the restaurant on the lil' road in the back as well.

This McDonald's is a rollercoaster of quality and service. Maybe 50% of the time the order is right. But, most of the time the order is incorrect, somehow: Sugar in coffee when none is requested.Missing cheese on products when there should be a slice. Burnt muffins a large percentage of the time. Small amount of ice when extra is requested or vice versa. And the list could continue. Usually, these types of problems can be readily traced back to a badly managed operation.Oh, and prices are going up, again. Pay more for worsening service and product. Is it time to bring in the robots? Depressing, yes.

Be sure to order fresh fries because 9/10 times, they won’t be. It can be busy - you’re not getting fresh fries. It can be slow - you’re not getting fresh fries or anything remotely close.Tonight was a slow night - they made me wait (which I honestly don’t mind doing) - and then handed me a bag with cold fries and the rest of my food, which is also getting cold because I have to go inside and ask for fresh fries.If you go inside and say “hey, I just gave you money and you gave me cold fries, can I have fresh ones?” Guess what bucko, you still will not get fresh fries.Some of the staff are nice but I’m never going back to this location again and I would avoid it if I were you. I’ve been burned way too many times and I know I’m not the only one.
