Absolutely the worst Mod we have ever bin to! The manager is absolutely obnoxious! Our Pizza was being made and they left a two inch empty ring around the outside. If you ask for extra cheese you can ONLY get it on top after the rest of the pizza is made on top. If you question something the manager he steps away and refuses to finish making your pizza. I only had cheese - mushroom and chicken on my pizza and when I asked for extra mushroom I was told he can only do the portions given. According to the manager they are listening and answering many people and we are not speaking the same language. I told him that’s funny because we listen to 40 kids and hour and he stepped away and refused to finish the pizza until he was satisfied he was in control. He claims he has been making pizza for 50 years. Like I was supposed to clap! I don’t care how long some has been making pizza! I want what I ordered!

Our Company is in Cambria, IL. My Asst. & I go there at least 2x a month and HAVE NEVER complained about service or our pizza and have always gave a tip. But after tonight, ordering a pizza to go, I wouldn't give you a plug nickle fir service or their pizza after ordering Mod thick crust that was black on the bottom and the African American girl who was supposedly Mgmt, said make it again and then the boy who was making my request said say light crust, which no one ever said for me to request it that way, due to the fact I've never had to have a pizza redone in the 3 yrs or more We have been going there! In the beginning while the pizza preparation guy on the line was asking what I wanted was quite taken aback when I corrected him with the request I wanted more basil! If it cost more then fine, I would of PAID it! All I heard is that most people don't want that much basil! What the heck! I have a brick oven pizza oven on my deck! I chose to go to Mod for the time and convenience!!!! Then after not agreeing with the Pizza maker guy and him saying I was rude then at 9:10pm was told they are giving me my money back because they are closing down the line, we'll that is not what the website says! Im TOTALLY disappointed with what I thought was a great place to eat pizza. Corporate will hear from me!!!

MOD is one of my favorite places to eat in Carbondale! The whole staff are very friendly. Steven always goes above and beyond for customers. Amazing place to eat!!

First of all we went because it said it closed at 10. We went about 9pm. We waited along time to get waited on then after we were getting our pizzas made they then tell us lobby is closed and we can't eat there. We live over an hour away and by almost 930 she said we aren't taking anymore orders.im locking up and we're done. I don't know how you can say open yet your closed early to guest. I am very unhappy with my experience tonight and we will probably not return again. I'm also pretty sure they pulled our pizza early and it's not cooked all the way.

I actually spilled a drink at this location I was profusely apologizing about the spill and a man that appeared to be the owner was very rude to me and my girlfriend and tried to make us clean it up ourselves. I work at a gas station where people often spill there drinks never would I think about making a customer clean up an accidentally spill very rude service!
