Usually when I go its good, sometimes when I order my usual White Rice with 2 Orange Chicken, I end up with Fried Rice, but this is minor compared to what I just got from this location 20 minutes ago. The chicken looks half cooked, there is practically no sauce on the chicken either. The result after I shook it in the box (usually the sauce spreads on the rice pretty well) and it's just completely disgusting how it looks. Tasted terrible too, I will go there one more time, but so far this location is so much worse than the one in Cape Girardeau or Mt Vernon. To knowingly serve something like this is terrible, I know its quite late, but I'd rather be told you're out and go to Fazzolis next door than have my money completely wasted and no dinner to eat. I'm not seeing an option to post pictures on here, but I will look and add it if I can edit the post.

Lady at the drive through didn't say a word to me when I got to the window. Told her to have a good day and she just shut the window. As someone who has worked customer service for 5 years I know for a fact it is not that hard to act friendly with customers. Do better

My rice was not cooked all the way, the waiter was rude, they made me wait longer than my time, and they gave me someone else’s food. Their service was very poor 1/10. And for me having to wait, my food should have been hot and fresh and cooked all the way.

Had to wait almost 45 minutes for a bowl and a plate, was told I couldn’t pick it up through the drive thru then when I came in ignored me until a line full of people went through. I get that food service is hard I’ve been there but that is no way to treat a customer. The lady with short hair and tatttoos working at 12:45 pm on Saturday had a terrible attitude and it wasn’t even busy but for a total of 10 minutes max. Come on now do better.
