After ordering online I waited for 20 minutes as I pulled up to the drive thru I was informed my order was cancelled due to a kitchen issue. I wasn't offered anything else and was told I would receive a refund but never did.

I ordered a Bigger Plate with Beef and Broccoli, Mushroom Chicken, and String Bean Chicken, but the portions were very underwhelming. The beef was practically non-existent—mostly just broccoli—and the same goes for the Mushroom Chicken. It’s frustrating because this isn’t the first time this has happened. If I’m paying for a Bigger Plate, I expect a fair portion of meat, not just vegetables. Very disappointing and not worth the value.

I got a bowl with beef and broccoli over fried rice. I had quite literally 2 pieces of beef and the rest was broccoli. i have no problem with broccoli, but i’m not paying $10 for rice and broccoli. I asked if i could get it remade with a good portion of beef, the girl at the line making food told me “it’s all the same portions” and tried making a problem out of it. Then she gave me a small box of the beef and broccoli that had a better ratio of beef and broccoli than my bowl. What a shocker. I wanted to dine in but then felt awkward for trying to get a good portion of food so i left with my food.

How is this place still even open when thy can't even keep their front doors open. Don't know how many times last month and this month along that they have had their front doors locked. They just need to close this place down for good would never recommend this place ever
Food very dry and bland. 4 small piece of beef and uncooked broccoli in the beef broccoli. Orange chicken had more meat but also extremely dry. Pay a few extra dollars and go to New Kahala. We won't be back to Panda

Food is horrible. The chow mein was extremely dry and uncooked. The Beijing beef was also dry and seemed like yesterdays left overs and the honey sesame chicken had 4 chunks of chicken. What a complete waste of money. I will never go back here.

They would only accept debit/ credit cards that day. They don't carry multiple common Chinese dishes such as Sweet and Sour Chicken, Chicken and Broccoli, etc... They were not very pleasant when even asked about these dishes. Just not a great experience at all. We went through drive thru.
