The employees are very nice. Service is pretty quick, even during the lunch rush. They have improved with cleaning tables and taking away the dirty dishes at the slop bucket things lol.

The new online ordering is terrible. I have a 15 minute drive and Panera is on the way. I used to order on my way to work as I pulled out of the driveway. It was very convenient and the staff are awesome. It was always ready when I walked in. The new online ordering is sooo bad, I can still be trying to order 1 sandwich and a Coke as I'm driving by 10 minutes later. I'm done trying I know my $15 1 to 3 times a week doesn't mean anything to your big company. I hope whoever came up with this didn't get a bonus. If they did they should give it back.

I don't come to Panera often. Purchased a box of bagels. They replaced half of them with plain bagels with no heads up, and by day two they were already too hard to eat. Not sure if that's normal or not.

I ordered a medditerran veggie sandwich and when I got home I realized it wasn't what I ordered at all. I received a hot sub, with hot lettuce and mayo on it. The lady at the window was rude and wouldn't even speak to me as well.
I'll never go back I feel so violated, pick 2 is not a deal it's a scam on top of my chicken sandwich was vegan style. Why do I feel a full sandwich and a large side of Mac and cheese is cheaper than the pick two. I'll waste my money somewhere that sells what it says on the menu.
