I had the best Veggie Mediterranean Sandwich. I watched Grant make it with so much love. It was delicious! I wish all Panera Bread locations made it like this.

The food was good, i had never been here before, but i wanted to leave a review as the cashier i had, Ashley, was an extremely nice and friendly worker. I hope that the business sees this and forwards the compliment to her. The people cooking my food were fast and cooked it well, it was an all around pleasant experience.

Had dinner here a few days ago. It was amazing! The food was nice and warm (which really gave me a cozy vibe since it was frigid outside) and the employees were kind and helpful. The only thing I see that others should look out for are the prices. But other than that it’s a-o-kay!!

Seriously every time we go here they are messing up the soda fountain is horrible tasting the ice machine taste like mold or something else is wrong with it half the time they don’t add sugar to your coffee and the drive through lines are not coordinated properly they should move cars to pickup spaces when they order food for six people and the person behind is just getting coffee!

I order often on the app for a quick pick-up. Every single time I order the Garden Caprese there is something wildly wrong with it. It is either absolutely drowned in vinaigrette, has the wrong type of greens, or in today's case, it included chicken, which I can't eat.
Today I called, and the service I received then was the only redeeming aspect of my experience. The employee was very apologetic and explained it was a mix-up between two similar sandwich orders. He then provided me with a refund.
It's just really disappointing, because when the orders are made correctly I really enjoy their food. But I've reported this issue multiple times through multiple avenues, and there hasn't been any improvement.
And now I still want a sandwich.

I was a regular and I loved the food there. Specifically, I loved the bread because it always tasted fresh. Its apparent now that they cook frozen bread. Its absolute garbage and I will not be back. Its sad to see panera has shown their true side which is money over the people. Until the bread is cooked fresh again I will not be back. (I know its frozen because of previous work places and because I make my own occasionally).
