Placed an order ahead for a delivery time of 8:00pm on a Sunday night. As of 8:25pm, we hadn’t received the order or any updates via the app other than it was being prepared and it said delivery time of 8:00-8:10. Then I called the store and spoke to an employee who informed me, they had ZERO delivery drivers. So they were sending it via DoorDash. I wasn’t made aware of this. By the time I was, my order had been accepted and then canceled by a driver. While still remaining at the store. They didn’t attempt to re-dispatch it until I called them. I was offered ZERO compensation for an order that’s over 30 minutes late. Only thing the employee said was “I hope someone picks it up.”

We’ve ordered quite a bit since they reopened. At least six times. Every time the crust has been incorrectly proofed, making it flat and tough. We keep hoping they’ll get the hang of it, but so far no luck.

Outstanding service. I’m really impressed with the new Papa John's. While we wouldn’t call ourselves regulars, they know my husband's name when he walks in for pickup and take great care to make sure our order is accurate.

At This place the Assistant Manger is super rude and not very kind. If you bought a peel a deal from any kind of fundraiser don't expect it to work here. Or at least that they didn't take mine. 10/10 wouldn't recommend.

Came into the joint and inquired about slices. Was told they would be back soon, but for now, they were doing personal 8" for now.I decided to get 2 for today but forgot my card. Said I'd be back real quick after I ran home.By the time I got back, they had my pizzas made and all ready in the computer to quickly check out.Also was given great experience and customer service.I was so impressed I asked who was working. "Thomas," the GM, was the person I dealt with.All around praises and 5 star experience.I've only delivered for them via DD but was pleased with my experience trying them for lunch.Keep holding it down, Thomas. ??

They don't take your order in store anymore, it goes to a call office.Feels inauthentic. Got my order right though.
The food is reliably bad and makes everyone in my house sick. Also they use door dash delivery so the person that comes to your house won't have change, so you will either overtip or not at all.
