I want to give a huge shoutout to Kyle, manager at Quatroās for his excellent customer service! He went above and beyond rectifying a couple of mishaps that I experienced with Qās. My family have been ordering their pizza for years and I didnāt really want to start going somewhere else due to some problems with ordering etc, but kyle immediately called me (without me asking him to) and offered up a solution. Always delicious pizza! Our waitress (blonde) on 8/5/25 was OUTSTANDING!
Quality and service have gone down. You used to be able to taste the vegetables on the Challenge pizza, now they're sliced so thin you can see through them. Called a order in and still waited nearly an hour to get it, took the waitress 15 minutes just to bring water. Quatro's was always a favorite when over that way, not any more. Are they trying to save money on ingredients to pay for another expansion?
