I tried Sal’s Bistro yesterday and it was amazing. I’m from Northern Illinois and was craving potbelly’s when I decided to give Sal’s a try. It was a great alternative but way better than potbelly’s. I had the chicken and cheddar (plus lettuce, giardiniera peppers, mayo) on a wheat sub bread.
