This was a great location but recently 50% of the time my coffee is messed up (hot white mocha). I visit multiple locations regularly as i travel for work and this location has gone downhill fast in the last year. I hope they can get it together because when its right the coffee is the best.

I am so tired of coming to this particular Scooters and not getting what I paid for. They cannot make an Oreo Blender how every other Scooters makes them. The load it down with Ice and try to substitute the Oreo with Chocolate Syrup. It hasn’t happened once it’s something they consistently do. It’s not like they don’t already charge enough. But they don’t even give you what you pay for!

Worth every 5 star. The customer service is impeccable, and the red head at the window is crazy funny. Will definitely be back here again! Coming here before I have to go to class is the best feeling. They’re always so welcoming, and they don’t even take that long to get your stuff!

Over heard the girl at the front register call me stupid because I pointed out my order was incorrect. I was not mean or impolite. They were busy and I understood because I use to work at a Scooters but this was against the standards that I know Scooters upholds and was uncalled for.

Idk when was the last time I got a drink that was made correctly. I ask for a little bit of cream and then they give me a cup of milk back. Make your cold brew stronger or something. I used to love this place, but lately it's just been very poor quality.
