The morning crew is fast and efficient but the evening crew will straight up forget you are outside (I have waited 15 minutes and had to call them to remind them I was at the drive thru window), drop your drink and have your smoothie sloshing all over the outside of the cup with the lid coming off, and claim they can't print receipts.
