Walked to the door after waiting over 30 minutes to get my order after pressing the button to ask about our food and calling multiple times with no answer. Guy making the food was eating fries straight out of a customers box, I watched him place it in the bag after eating the fries. Tried to ask to cancel the order and employees were very rude and claimed to be busy. When we arrived at the store there were only 3 cars outside MAX. Terrible service. Terrible food. And INSANELY unhygienic. They have gone very down hill since being open 24 hours.

Waited 20 minutes for food just for half the order to be wrong. The guy at the speaker repeated the order back to us correctly but was giving the wrong food. The store wasn’t busy with only two people being in the drive thru. I wouldn’t mind a wait if it meant getting the correct food.

every time I've went food has been real good and drinks are really awesome!! highly suggest getting the smasher combo & the fries they have been real good :p I only took one star off because their slushie and ice cream machines are broken 💔

Lashonda doesn’t know how to read I wrote out my orders for her on my phone and she only put down 1/2 of my order she didn’t even put down the remainder of my order and didn’t even add my extra bacon to my first order if you’re gonna work at fast food place please at least know how to read English

I ordered a drink today through the drive thru. It tasted fine but when I got home I started to eat the ice because iykyk the sonic ice is so good. When I opened my drink I saw something blackish brown. I look closer and see it’s a little worm/bug. I called sonic and asked for the manager. I explained the situation. He replies with “we don’t have worms…hold on” and then hangs up the phone. I never have problems with sonic but as someone who has worked in the food and beverage business for 8 years I’m not very happy with how this was handled.

I door dash, after midnight on Friday and Saturday night the store had 2 people working and the lines were around the building and to the road, I waited in line for 34 minutes the first order and over an hour for the second order. I will deny all Sonic orders after midnight from now on.
