Horrible experience at 11pm on a Friday night. Sat in the long drive thru line for over 30 minutes and get to the speaker to order food and no one says anything back at all. I drive around to the drive thru window and honk and a girl with different colored hair green and blue to be exact came to the window and I explained that there is a long line and I sat at the speaker for 10 minutes with no response. She goes and gets who I think is a manager a tiny girl with dark brown hair and she takes my order from the window. You could tell she had a big attitude and was just very rude and upset . Meanwhile the other cars pull behind me. One worker comes out and takes the car behind me order, she tells them to park. Another car pulls behind me they sat behind me for 15 minutes…meanwhile I am still waiting at the window for my order. Needless to say my food never did come and they refused to open the window after me knocking on it well after 25 minutes waiting. All the cars ended up leaving. Very rude and unprofessional on all levels. I would have never waited in the line to get food for an hour had my kids not wanted sonic on our way home from out of town. Very sad business. You have to have good workers to run a business. I’m sure just the hour that I was trying to get food that they lost out on probably at least 200 easily if not more depending on how much people was going to order. With a total of approximately 10 cars that pulled off after I arrived. My total I’m sure was at least 50$ if not more. Just imagine what they missed out because they have no customer service. And got attitudes for no reason.

Ordered a burger tots and Coke today. Total was $12.83 Carhop comes out to deliver food. I hand her a $20. She says exactly change or card only. I had even hit the pay cash on the screen when i ordered. All I had ones a ten and bunch of 20's. Lost my business!

Can’t complain about the food, it’s fast food. Service can be slow at times but is manageable. Last visit received one wrong item and one missed item which had to be brought back to me. Only happened one time though, so must’ve been a busy day. Low atmosphere because the place is kinda sad looking. Restaurant isn’t too busy most times but they have their rushes.Parking: Order at parking spot via kiosks

This place use to be really really great but here lately the service has been so terrible I waited 45 minutes to get a bacon cheese burger and my uncle got chicken tenders and they were burnt not to mention the guy thar brought us our food out was very rude and acted like he didn't cate at all. HORRIBLE PLACE DONT GO THERE.

Picked up doordash, spent 20+ minutes in the drive thru with one car ahead. Once we finally got to the window, it was an additional 6 minutes.
Last time I ate here, I got food poisoning, so I only get drinks here anymore. I ordered a Dr. Pepper with cherry and vanilla, light ice. Way too much vanilla, next to no cherry. Does this look like light ice? ?

The last three times I've been here the last 4 weeks has been awful the meat and the tater tots seem like they're soaked in Grease. Last four to five months it went downhill my experience anyway kind of sucks cuz I was good for a long time this sandwich looked
