They remodeled the Starbucks and it looks great! The seating area is smaller now, which kinda sucks, but there’s still enough space to sit. The menu’s the usual Starbucks stuff. With the new setup, you can order online and pick up in store. The staff are always super friendly.

Exactly what you’d expect from a Starbucks. Friendly employees, great coffee. They have a small seating area that is great for informal meetings or homework/studying. Even when they’re hit with the early morning or lunch time rush, they still do a great job of fulfilling orders as quickly as possible.
Until recently, I only went to Starbucks for coffee but on a whim tried their iced tea. If you haven’t had their Iced Peach Green Tea Lemonade yet, you’re missing out! It’s genuinely a hard choice between that and coffee when I go there now.

Whenever starbucks had offers like 50% off or others, the staffs are never aware of those offers and they charge the regular amount. It happened to me twice and when I told them about the offer, they said that they can't redeem me for the extra amount they already charged. Disappointed a couple of times!

This Starbucks is the closest to my house and a very nice 15 minute walk through SIU campus. I come here at least twice a week and drink my coffee in the student lounge area. Great staff, clean, always good drinks.

i usually have no problem with anyone or anything, but this morning the drive thru lady was so rude. She handed me a hot drink when i asked and paid for a cold one, she said “oh i didn’t hear that part” and ignored me and immediately got mad at me. i told her that im sorry and didn’t mean to make everything difficult, she ignored me. Then once i got my drink, i told her i paid for extra caramel drizzle, she said it has caramel in it and said “thanks bye”
It has a great atmosphere. I stopped to grab a drink and the staff helped me out because I'd never been to a Starbucks. They were very friendly and helpful. I guess I have no choice but to come back. ?
