Whenever starbucks had offers like 50% off or others, the staffs are never aware of those offers and they charge the regular amount. It happened to me twice and when I told them about the offer, they said that they can't redeem me for the extra amount they already charged. Disappointed a couple of times!

This Starbucks is the closest to my house and a very nice 15 minute walk through SIU campus. I come here at least twice a week and drink my coffee in the student lounge area. Great staff, clean, always good drinks.

i usually have no problem with anyone or anything, but this morning the drive thru lady was so rude. She handed me a hot drink when i asked and paid for a cold one, she said “oh i didn’t hear that part” and ignored me and immediately got mad at me. i told her that im sorry and didn’t mean to make everything difficult, she ignored me. Then once i got my drink, i told her i paid for extra caramel drizzle, she said it has caramel in it and said “thanks bye”

It has a great atmosphere. I stopped to grab a drink and the staff helped me out because I'd never been to a Starbucks. They were very friendly and helpful. I guess I have no choice but to come back. ?

April 2022 - Political Economy aside...what 'great resignation'? This place had 4 ppl on staff this morning! And they were quick, friendly, and professional! I don't mind paying almost $20 for two coffees and delicacies if everyone makes a living wage...lol said, I was gunna leave Political Economy aside.

Staff is rude. Sara had messed up multiple orders. When I finally decided to inform her of this and express my irritation, another employee told me to hold my attitude because they're busy and working through it. They weren't busy. There were three orders waiting and two people in line. Drive the extra distance and visit the Starbucks physical location or Kroger location. The staff is light-years beyond this location.

This is a Starbucks that's on a University campus and I'm always leery when I walk into these places because I look like faculty, uh but not really.Girlfriend gave me six shots which should do nicely on the road here. They picked me out being from California right away. Maybe it's the puka shells.Anyway, great looking University. Everyone was super friendly. Will be back again if I'm through here.?
