I walked in after a bad day and I got the best coffee. As I was walking out I dropped my drink and spilled it all. The staff remade my drink and everyone was so kind. They did not have to do that, but they were so friendly.

I would strongly advise against patronizing this establishment due to its questionable treatment of employees and numerous regulatory violations. The organization has reportedly contravened several Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and Department of Labor (DOL) regulations. It is astonishing that there has not been a significant overhaul in management given these circumstances. Conversations with various employees revealed that breaks are not provided during seven-hour shifts, indicating a disregard for worker welfare. Personally, had I been employed there, my inclination to advocate for improved conditions would likely have resulted in termination.

They are never consistent with how their drinks are made and then they get an attitude when asked to remake a drink that THEY messed up. My drink that was a remake was multiple shades lighter than the one I originally got and tasted completely different and they said it was made the same way lol and then after I said it definitely wasn’t and showed them the color difference they admitted one had more oatmilk than the other. I thought you just said they were made the same exact way though? One tasted like bitter watered down coffee and the remake tasted the way it was actually supposed to. Learn to make drinks the correct way or don’t be a barista. And definitely don’t be disrespectful to a customer that kindly asks for a remake when they know how the drink that they ALWAYS order is supposed to taste. The audacity to ask for tips after all that is wild lol. If I spend almost $8 on a coffee I expect it to be made the correct way. (Pictured down below the 2 coffees that were made the “same exact way” LOL.

What I received was almost completely different than what I ordered. I ordered the venti white chocolate latte with oat milk, caramel drizzle, sweet cream foam with extra caramel drizzle on top.... There was absolutely no Carmel to be found, there was barely anything but straight coffee and barely any sweet cream foam. I got what I ordered the second time around once I complained about it but not without some attitude.
Consistent, efficient, & quality service at this location; especially, the personal service from the staff as directed by the very on-hands manager (operational consistency not found at other local coffeehouses). I order a double espresso macchiato + every time and they deliver high quality drinks & food, precisely with friendliness (not too much - just right for the time of day) and a comfortable coffeehouse environment..a true benefit for this community.

The ONLY reason why I'm giving this Starbucks the review I am giving them is because I have already arrived at work and can't go back to let them know of their error.I asked for a large/venti white warm mocha bc its sweeter, and to my dissapointment, I was given less than half a cup of dark mocha coffee with my whipped cream. Below is a picture with some more foam melting away still, I hadn't taken a drink bc I let it cool down for the 15 min drive.Every other time, which has been a good handful, they have been very nice and gotten the order correct (which is typically just 1 coffee). Idk what it is about today but it was sad and I hope nobody gets some coffee and all whipped cream like I did for next time.
Ok, here me out, not a bad place guys trust me, i used to be agianst it because its fufu and im still a bit partial but get your girlfriend one of these expensive things and shes happy, or a 2 for 5 monsters at
