Owner suddenly doesn't take coupons which makes it the most expensive sandwich shop in Carbondale. Do yourself a favor and try Newby's, Quatro's or Carbondeli's. Much better and cheaper.

Went to the wrong store and ended up walking 45 minutes to get my sandwich I ordered on the app. The cashier was unprofessional and acted as it was a inconvenience to at least warm my sandwich up because I just got off work. She got upset and stated she made the sandwich so long ago it didn't matter to which I asked to have it remade since it was there so long, said she had to call the manager, and I agreed to have her explain the situation. After calling manager Heather I explained it was my mistake and all I wanted was some hot food and after confirming I didn't eat the food already she asked the cashier to remake my sandwich. Which I said thank you and turned around and the cashier started saying this isn't the policy and that she'll make the sandwich but something. I didn't feel comfortable eating any food she would have prepared after. Would like a refund if possible
Edit since the manager authorized the remake sandwich I didn't feel comfortable eating, I'm not eligible for a refund. This store is among the worst food joints in Carbondale

I would not recommend ordering at this subway ever. I just placed an order and went to go pick up at pick lunch time and they had 1 employee at work. That employee too smelled literally like a cigarette smoke and I can smell the same from my sandwich. This is gross and disgusting to say the least. Please do better Subway and take their franchise away.

Ordered online the app said it was done and they took the money out of my account go in and they say their was no online order I showed them my app that is was at the right location and that the app said it was ready also showed them that they took the money out of my account they where rude and told me there's nothing they could do and that it should bounce back in 2-3 days if you're online doesn't work right shut it down o well I better get my money back soon

Placed an order online at 12:15pm for pickup at 12:35. Got to restaurant at 12:45 and order wasn't ready. No one in line so they weren't busy. One person in front of me also trying to pickup an online order that shocker, also wasn't ready. stood at the counter until 1:10 or so when finally they handed us our order. ALMOST 30 MINUTES AFTER IT WAS TO BE READY FOR US TO PICKUP. Then had one piece of chicken on my no bread bowl. ONE! INSANITY TO PAY $12 dollars for no meat. Also didn't include a fork. So no way to eat said bowl. Workers were moving so slow and one was out back chain smoking the whole time we were there. Make it right and do better next time.

I used to work at subway and let me tell you, this place was awful. As I come back as a customer, the workers are rude and nasty. They are racist to not only their workers but to the costumer's. They are so mean and rude! I would never recommend coming here or eating here. The manager is even worse than the food and I got food poisoning... STAY AWAY!

I came in and got a sandwich, and the worker there was very nice to me. She listened to what I wanted on my sandwich (a Chicken Bacon Ranch), and gave me extra ranch. She conversed with me about the cookies. Elyse, the worker, was very quick and kind. I got my meal and left within 5 minutes. Would definitely recommend!
