I love Taco Bell and this location is usually my go-to but now that they got rid of the build your own box the price is higher at this location than others :( everyone’s very nice and I haven’t had issues with my food but the appeal before was in just grabbing a combo box in the app. pls bring it back i’m begging
Got the Cantina Chicken Crispy Taco meal there last night and it was fairly good! Baja blast is good as always too. However, there was some sort of back up inside? I'm the last to be an ass & blame service workers so I didn't make a big deal about it but my food took maybe 30 minutes to get out when my friend who ordered right before me got her food almost right away. The guy who gave me my order apologized for the wait though and gave me some cinnamon ball things...
Just got home from a noontime drive-thru visit this Friday to TB. Food was delicious as always!!! The young lady that took our order did just fine. The only less than stellar note was the other young lady who gave us our food and our card back. I've encountered her more than once, and she seems to lack ANY customer service skills. No greeting, no speaking, and quite an unfriendly look! She can and should do better...
