Wonderful service and good quality food for a lovely low price! Roasted chicken crepe and coffee milk with the coffee jelly was absolutely delicious. Will definitely be coming back!!

We made a two hour trip to come here and ordered Jackfruit bahn mi and Vegan gnocchi and the food was mind-blowing. The Chula and lemonade - alcohol were quite good. Great vibe and attendance. Would revisit again

The menu is novel and varied and very well presented. I thought it was too spice for my taste, but I do not say that as criticism, but just to provide perspective. My one critical comment is that I did not want the side dishes that came with my entre. The waiter suggested an alternative but did not tell me that there would be an up charge.

I've been here a few times for dinner and the food is always fresh and tasty and they have a nice selection of beers on tap. I had a burger with the poutine fries and it was delicious. Service is fast and friendly and would definitely recommend Underground!

Super friendly service, great draft selection, and the food was at the table quickly. Big portions (wife and I should have split an entree and tasted great!

We visit Carbondale regularly and always hope to go to this restaurant for dinner and cocktails. The food is absolutely amazing! Local, fresh ingredients, and amazing chefs! Relaxed and hip atmosphere. Don't even think twice about going there for a unique, great tasting meal! Reasonably priced for the superb quality, great service, and cozy setting.

The best food in Carbondale hands down. Absolutely amazing value for what you get. Locally sourced, hand prepared food. Unique recipes like no where i have eaten.

Food was delicious and well prepared. Feels like upscale pub food. Very tasty with generous portions, but not overkill. Server was very friendly and the atmosphere is very nice with soft jazz or horn music in the background. A great dinner spot for a medium prices night out to eat for American food.

We were refused service. We were advised that we could not be seated because we were a party of 6 and that we needed a reservation. The last time we came we had a party of 6 with no reservation. When questioned about it, hostess had nothing to say!! Very disappointed and will never recommend nor return.
