I just picked up my order tonight and the gentleman that helped me was extremely helpful and pleasant!! I don’t know his name but he was friendly,attentive, and double checked our order before we left. It was very refreshing!
What I like about Little Italy's: the pizza magnets are a great deal, and the prices are definitely affordable. I've never had bad service here either. However, the cheese quality has definitely decreased over the years. It tastes plastic? But you know what they say: you get what you pay for.

Ordered pick up and quoted 35 minutes. Gave them a little more then that because it is a Saturday night. Got there to pick it up and order wasnt even started. Waited another 15 to 20 minutes and was told sorry for the inconvenience. How about a discount or something to compensate the time i had to wait for the food. Staff needs more training and additional staff wouldn't hurt.
