The food is good and service is usually really friendly. But those prices!!!Dietary restrictions: I am diabetic. The only option for me to enjoy ice cream is the sugar free Dilly Bar, which still isn't very diabetic friendly. There should be more choices for us.
Ordered Bacon Cheeseburger combo, the burger was rubbery and the only thing on it was baco & 3 pickles, Chicken strip basket also rubbery and none of the food seemed fresh or very warm. Rec'd a sundae with one combo and got it as soon as we paid. Who wants a ice cream before their meal? Or a half melted one after? Cook had shoulder length hair & no hair net! Service was about a 4 on a scale of 1-10.

The workers tend to stare at you before they decide to make your order. They are also out of everything you ask them to make. They are very negligent. Please send corporate
DQ Corporate promised an $0.85 blizzard if you down load and order via the app. Didn't work and all we got from the manager was... I don't know. Told us it was corporate's problem and she had nothing to do with the app. Guess I'll not have anything to do with DQ. Shop there at your own risk.
Manager was no help when we asked about the $0.85 app special, submitted an email to customer service and all we've gotten is corporate speak. Nobody is trying to fix the problem or make my issue right. All I've received is " contact us here" and "We care".... Ya right. You have my email address and name. Quit trying to make me fill out custom service forms and tell me what you are going to do to make things right.

Everything was great. At 1st they were going to charge me 80 cents for just a drizzle of chocolate sauce on my strawberry sundae. I had them take it off. I couldn't see paying for a drizzle. When they brought my sundae, they did in fact drizzle some chocolate on top. That was very nice!! Thank you so much for that. We will be back. The ranch dressing was some of the best and the fries were hot and delicious!
