Went thru the drive thru to order may 13th at 745ish the cashier was rude as could be I ask for one thing and I get a IS THAT ALL! Yelled at me I drove off b4 finishing I'm not gonna get yelled at for ordering 1 sandwich from somewhere that charges almost $15 to $20 a meal they had 3 cars there max they were not packed they were not busy at all I have worked there and have ran the place with 2 people it's not that hard to make food and it's not hard to put on a fake smile do better hardees you have in the past. I was gonna spend 30$ to 40$ but not anymore. Hope Gary or the manager take care of the employee with the attitude for no reason.

Kaitlyn deserves a raise. Very friendly when I called to ask how long breakfast was served. They serve until 11, it was 10:40 when I called. Kaitlyn literally made my day.

This hardee's is located in Carlyle Illinois and on the way to the lake we stopped for a bite burgers and fries I was shocked everything was fresh cheese burger's fries swiss burger that's my favorite please put more mushroom sauce on it just for me please the drive thru window was definitely the nicest person I've met in years friendly all the hardee's should use location as an example for training people next time I'm in Carlyle I'll stop by thank you for a great visit

This is the cleanest, most responsible Hardee’s we’ve visited in Illinois so far. The employees care about their jobs and the customers. Every time we’ve came in, they’ve been attentive to our orders and all the food has been 100% fresh. Usually when you walk into these establishments, the employees are holding private conversations about personal things and ignore the customers. In this location, you always hear them talking about cleaning that needs done to the establishment or which employee scrubbed what last and what needs done today or this weekend when there’s more staff. I am truly amazed by the way this location runs and think all of your locations should learn from this one. This one is in Carlyle, Illinois.
