I've been twice through drive thru, both times the food quality was very good. The service was also great, I swear it looked like only one lady was working the entire building, but she still got us our food quickly and did our large order perfectly no mistakes (even gave ketchup without us asking, thanks)
I bought 3 items for breakfast. When I got home, the gravy from the b& g, was all over the container and bag because the lid wasn't placed on right. Also the cinnamon raisin biscuit was so hard, my fork didn't want to cut the biscuit. It must have been sitting out since they opened, and i purchased it at 10am. Very sad food.

Guess what?? Nothing has changed since last time except maybe food poisoning by the way my stomach and gut is acting. I got a hot ham n cheese thinking cold rainy weather sounds pretty good, nope cold greasy cheese not even melted n almost flat as a pancake. Plus the grease was SO bad it took almost 5 napkins to clean up the mess it made on table. The curly fries were soggy n mushy n COLD. We will probably not eat at this Hardee's again!!
