I asked the gal working if she could my bacon in the top oven so it can be nice and crunchy and she said "ok I can do that" and then didn't . I like crunchy bacon not rubbery bacon.

I ordered a delivery from here at 7:30 pm, driver got there at 8:15 pm, to see that the store was closed. Even though, on the website it states that it’s open until 9pm.
We stopped for sandwiches yesterday (10-6-2024). It was like we were a bother to them. Not very friendly at all. Then when she rang it up it came to almost $85. That was 3 footlong and 2 six inch sandwiches with 4 small drinks and one medium drink and 5 chips. When I questioned it she made no effort to double check to see if it was right.

I grew up here in this town, and as a repeat customer (who was very polite from the moment i walked in to the end) to the two young gals working the evening, I felt i was an inconvenience to them. I only ordered 2 sandwiches and knew exactly what i planned on ordering before i came in as to not take too long.
They did not make me feel welcomed, they barely showed any kind of friendliness, no customer service towards me which I know a thing or two about. So to say, "put the cap on the end" before I walked out with my order, I looked back at them and said "Thank You". Twice! Thank You! They didn't say a word. Sadly this is the only bad review I have wrote and what's even worse, this establishment is from my hometown! Probably won't ever be back since that's what that wanted.

The food was really good. My order was ready when I got there to pick it up. Staff was friendly. I just wish that they stayed open later like the rest of the Subways around. If they did I would probably go there a lot more often.

Excitied to have a sub for lunch.. go in place my order.. and their card reader goes down.. tries to reboot still nothing and I’m asked twice if I can go get cash.. and I’m left with out my food bc of their issues and she says I can’t give away free food.. and my response is you’re just gonna throw it away.. and this is your fault not mine.. won’t be back will make sure my people don’t go back.. I’ll just drive a little further to breese hopefully they have someone their with some sort of brain.

The remodel looks great! And clean. Service was good and quick, yet the "manager/owner" seemed to be ALL to comfy in the back with a child with them looking quite comfy as well. What a great example to set to set for clients and your minor child. Some may think it's all well and dandy, but I find it just gross. Who know where the heck those bottoms have been. Once jumping off, they 'lady was not friendly and was put out that the staff was in the way when she tried walk through. They were both sitting on the counter in full view.
