First time coming tonight. Great service, great prices & all around cute place! Will be coming back.
We just left Swamp Tales in Carlisle after a really disappointing experience. It wasn’t even busy (only about three tables), but service was very slow—we waited a long time just for drinks. When we asked questions about the menu (like portion sizes, substitutions, or whether items could be made a certain way), our server had to leave every single time to go get an answer. Service from the bartenders is not the best. Seems they are more concerned about talking amongst themselves and their friends than waiting on patrons.
