The service was a little slow, but food came out hot and fresh. The shrimp po boy was very good! I also ordered the Cajun fries but they weren't Cajun at all... still good though

This was our second visit to Swamp Tails. Both times the food was terrible. The breading on their seafood is tasteless and the food is always overcooked. We won’t go back.

Family friendly. Food was good fresh and hot. The gumbo didn't have much flavor to me maybe it's not what I was used to. The catfish trunks was amazing. There was a little band in the add-on edition and it's separate from the restaurant area.

The food was okay. Service was horrible! The waitress couldn't even be bothered to smile or be polite! When we cashed out she wouldn't make eye contact at all! Thankfully the bartender told us to have a nice night. Two bar tenders were letting a man holler at the bar drunk before 7pm. They have potential to be a good business, but at this rate, they are their own worst enemy.

Got a double jack and coke for $8. The double part was just bonus. Weird that the food was over priced, but it was. Good crab cakes, kinda small. No alligator at all and no crab till 4pm at the Cajun joint is a pretty big disappointment. Good crayfish etouffee. Got a $6 bowl for $8. Meh gumbo. $6 bowl for $8. Good burger, not homemade. Server forgot my beignets and the feel was that they just wanted the bar to open, not too keen on the restaurant. Won't be making it back as the whole thing was Meh.

Visited for the first time. Went for gator and of course they were OUT. Something about the supplier so not swamp’s fault. The frog legs were amazing and the hubby got wings. He said they were good as well. Service was great. Facility was clean. Food came out quickly and very hot.. We will definitely go back. I really want to try the gator! I gave it a four simply because we went for the gator.

I really struggled on whether or not to give four or five stars. Just because the food ended up not being exactly my thing doesn't mean I should ding the restaurant for that. However, it doesn't seem fair to the places that I give full marks to if I am not sometimes critical.If you want some good old fashioned fried stuff , then this is the place for you! They also have really cool options. Although they were out of a lot of them the day we visited.Wheelchair accessibility: There was a group from a local facility visiting and multiple folks were in wheelchairs. It is very accessible!
