We occasionally stop in for a couple of Blizzards or Malts when passing through. Service is always good, however the menu boards do need updated. All of the ice cream items in our order rang up at a higher price than what the menu board displays.

I don't know the owners and didn't know the previous owners but all I can say is since the new owners took over I have had fresh chicken every time. No more rubber or rock hard, old chicken! As long as they keep up this higher standard we will be regular customers. I've also had fresh fries every time until the last couple times, so I hope that gets fixed cause you know DQ has THE BEST fries ever when they are fresh and hot. Last time we ate inside it was a bit smelly. I'm hoping they take care of that issue as well. I say they are doing a great job so far!

The two girls were very rude, i asked for a mint oreo blizzard barely any mint no oreos also tastes like nail polish remover. Instead of handing me my blizzard they slammed it on the counter and walked away. here the girl looked at me and rolled her eyes also over Overall horrible. Not satisfied.

I waited in the drive-thru line for 35 minutes.. just to receive the wrong blizzard. This is the 5th time I have received the wrong blizzard. And I specify which 3 items I wanted in it. This is becoming an issue, as I received a blizzard tonight with nuts in it. As someone with a peanut allergy, this is not acceptable.

I could not even get someone to answer the phone just to get the information on which product was in the blizzard so I could be aware.

The restaurant has really taken a nose dive recently. Not sure if new ownership or what......
The service was fine, but the food was very very mediocre. Food wasnt as warm as it should've been either. The bathrooms were an absolute MESS!!!! Trash all over the floor, just gross. The rest of the restaurant was not very clean either, had to hunt for a spot that wasn't completely nasty just to sit and eat. Sad days
