Do better carmi dq came thru at 830 for garlic parm chicken basket got home and opened up box chicken strips looked like they were halfway chewed up and shoved in box fries looked like they were redropped so cooked so hard they weren't edible. So congratulations my dog got 13 dollars worth of takeout he appreciates it

Stopped to get a burger and fries, they were both cold I would have went back and got a refund but was on my way to a Dr appointment. Very disappointed. Went another time and your on line menu says a grilled chicken sandwich witch you do not have when I went to store to get one. Very Very disappointed in this store.
I was not greeted when I walked in. Waited for several minutes for someone to wait on me. Ordered my food, i ordered chicken strip basket, 2 chicken sandwiches (made with chicken strips) and a hamburger. There were several chicken strips precooked and still had to wait 20 mins. finally got my food, drove 4 minutes to get home and my food was cold. The gravy for my basket, was VERY cold, not even a little warm. Do better!

Fast food usually gets a bad wrap so I want to share a great experience. Food was fast, service was friendly and upon arriving back to work our food looked like the pictures on the menu! It was hot and delicious. Thank you all for a wonderful lunch!

Carmi, IL... i requested a cheeseburger meal deal only ketchup. The burger was fully dressed & I didnt get my fries. Thankfully at least you didnt mess up my daughter's kids chicken tender meal. Then after we ate we got 2 sundaes & whoever made them just piled the topings on the side of the ice
