Can’t seem to get orders right.. tell them no pepper on hamburgers .. and they go overboard with pepper 🙄
IF WE BOYCOTT MCDONALDS MAYBE WE CAN GET A WENDY'S
it is NEVER acceptable customer service to SCREAM at customers through the DRIVE THRU intercom and also REFUSE to accept their order or HONOR coupon codes because their own employee entered something incorrectly and negated it. General managers should have better relationship training than be complete jerks to customers who simply are there to spend money.
