Once again, the delivery driver forgot to check the order for accuracy before leaving the store.Once again , the drinks were left behind. This is an ongoing thing. It's always the beverage.Once again, a 2nd trip back to the store, another trip back to the customer, time wasted and customer service gone. All could have been avoided with a quick 5 second check of the order. 1st offense is tolerable, 2nd offense is irritating, 3rd offense is aggravating, but the 4th? Repeat offender? Maybe they need a new driver... Or someone to verify prior to dispatch

Truly the most unprofessional place I’ve ever been in. Half the time I call I cannot order due to not being able to deliver or being out of something. Last two times I went in all 5 people where sitting in lobby talking and eating and ignoring the phone ringing. I hope corporate sees this because it needs fixed now with new people or just shut it down.
I love how the workers are nice every time I come in and the delivery is always on time and my food is always amazing thank u guys for keeping my food how it should be

Ordered an unsweetened tea and about gagged. They use tap water. I'm not fancy but at least filter it. Tap water is so bad lately, not the restaurants fault however they were reluctant to take it off the bill even though I clearly only took a sip. The female manager with the short hair kept yelling to her coworkers about how she was "gonna get drunk tonight!" Nobody wants to hear that garbage while they are trying to enjoy a meal. This pizza hut has really gone downhill. Employees make half of a restaurants reputation

We went at a busy time for them and the service and food were still good. A large stuffed crust pizza only cost us $14 so no complaints here.
