Dunkin' Donuts in Carol Stream

“My fiancé and I go to this Dunkin all the time and we can’t express enough on how kind all of the staff is and what good of a job they do with the drinks and food. Especially Carlos and Diana (I hope that’s her name.) Thank you all for what you do :)“

“My favorite Dunkin’, not only because is only blocks away from my home but because there is this lady in the mornings that always wishes you a nice day with a smile, she always tells me, see you tomorrow… she knows I’m there almost every day and her vibe makes me feel really good.“

“It's a convenient location. Cannot deny that. Michael is a nice guy and he has always made my coffee right. I've never had any problems at this location. I feel bad for those who complain about the location but can't speak up when they are there to make their experiences better 👀“

“#1) I ordered an Iced Latte with less ice (in store) I politely confirmed this with the cashier and she confirmed it with the coffee maker verbally. It was completely filled with ice so I commented on it, she told me it was less ice but I refused it. So she dumped it into a new cup and topped it off for me. I needed a few napkins to clean it off myself.#2) The cashier was transferring doughnuts as I walked up, she removed one glove and then took my order and counted my cash and coins back with both hands (one glove/one bare) and then proceeded to transfer the doughnuts with the "money" glove.#3) The coffee was up to par with it's taste.My relationship with Dunkin is thick as I get my wife an Iced Latte EVERYDAY (sometimes myself too) We have been travelling for the last two years so I've been to many Dunkins between here and Florida. The less ice wasn't even attempted and the worker telling me I'm wrong was just an attempt to not correct it. The handling of food and cash/coins with the same glove is just nasty and not standard practice within the food industry. This Review is based on my ONE visit as we just arrived in the area. There are other Dunkin Doughnuts in the area I'll try next time.“

“They are so friendly when my husband or I go through the drive thru, 1 of the guys is a real funny guy- it makes for a good morning!! The app us so nice, by the time you pull up its ready to go.. I was never a coffee person and now I have become a DD fan?“
