He was bald and very disrespectful who had a bi polar moment i don’t recomend this rosatis at all. He touch the pizza and they wouldn’t give a refund
I cannot say enough great things about this Rosatis. I was there 7/20 to see a musician on the patio. There was quite a turnout for Jacksson Hamilton and the staff at Rosatis did a great job tending to everyone's needs. Unfortunately I did not get our waitresses name, but she was great as was Adil, Kathy and Genel. Also, the pizza was phenomenal! We will be back.
We love dining in at our local Rosati’s but delivery is really lacking. Great pizza, and food BUT 3/3 have messed up deliveries. Either missing food, or sauces, or both… even after specially asking for things to be double checked when taking our order this time.
I’ve worked in the industry for over 10 years so three times in a row of missing items on delivery is very disappointing. Never quick to complain but 3/3 and politely asking for a double check, and still...read full review

Based on the reviews, Rosati's Pizza offers great customer service from some employees, who are informative, patient, and treat customers with respect. The pizza is great, delicious, and phenomenal, arriving hot and prompt with delivery. The wings, however, were fried so hard it hurt to chew with no flavor, no salt, no pepper. The restaurant is a pizza place with no service staff that waits on tables, but customers can grab a bite to eat and sit down in the gaming lounge. The catering menu is very reasonable, and customers cannot go wrong with the fried chicken, Italian beef, Mostaccioli, and the garden salad. There is also a musician on the patio.
