Randall Roadhouse Bar Grill Pizza

I ate here with my family of 4 at 6:30am on a Saturday morning. Summarizing for the 4 meals: Buttermilk pancakes, eggs and hash browns were good. French toast was not good, custard used to soak the toast was bland leaving it just tasting like egg (French toast custard needs cinnamon in my opinion to pull out a great flavor profile). My biggest complaint was waiting 10 minutes to get my bill well after being done. Then I had to wait another 5 minutes to actually pay which is done at the front register. Absolutely ridiculous to have to wait 15 minutes to pay. This is even more frustrating with 2 young children that do not a high level of patience sitting and waiting. Will not be a returning customer for that reason.

The food was okay. Taco salad should have meat on it. You are charged extra for taco meat on your taco salad. There was no air conditioning. It was pretty warm in there. Our server was great, and kept apologizing for how warm it was in the restaurant.

We were there Saturday. It was quieter than usual . Server was GREAT. Katlyn was very friendly & attentive. Food was awesome
& warn & huge serving.

The food is excellent, best pizza anywhere! The waitress was pleasant but nothing special on her service. The restaurant needs an update. The decor is appealing, the table arrangement could be better for improved service, the lighting is in need of improvement as well. The plexiglass by the booths on the lower level needs a good cleaning. Full of smudges and hand prints. The place wasn’t very busy and yet there wasn’t any employee doing any cleaning beyond the tables when the patrons left. Next time I’ll take my food to go. ☹️

For many years, we’ve been fond of the burgers and food. Recently, my husband ordered his usual medium-well burger, but it arrived RARE🤢 We filed a complaint, but unfortunately, no one followed up with us.

My wife and I visited during the 'pandemic' and they were so much more open than other places plus the food was good. 👍Yay, they didn't force a mask on us. 💖 I realized I forgot to give them the kudos they deserve for that visit. ☑ ☑ ☑

Nice place to go but was charged a surcharge on my debit card which is illegal in all fifty states. After informing staff I was told that “ every restaurant does it and if it was illegal they would be closed down”
Very arrogantly like I was stupid. Unfortunately debit is cash and just because they charge everything as credit thats them not me I am not being rewarded for debit cards and they should not be profiting

Food is always delicious and employees are very kind. They have gluten free pizza which my wife absolutely loves. My son and I always get the regular thing crust and have never been disappointed. If there is an issue with anything the manager always takes care of you and you leave happy. Would definitely recommend this place.

I just moved across town he street and checked out the roadhouse. Walked in facility was busy. Bar was empty so I sat at the bar. Thursday night football was on and it took 10min before I was helped Ordered a burger med rare and Tito’s sprite. Never got the drink but the burger came but it was very well done. Not sure what happened but I for sure wont be back. Just wow
