My order was placed on Saturday, May 08 2020 online. I was informed that my order will be ready at approximately 4:30PM. I arrived at the Carpentersville 1391 store to collect my order. I entered the store, and the tall, thin, African-American man did not greet me at all. He was the only cashier working. I waited in line for 15 minutes and then a few other customers arrived after.
