I have asked for my pizza to be well done the last 3 times I have went there. All 3 times it was not well done. The last time, they just pulled it right from the oven and boxed it instead of pushing it back to make it well done. It was a soggy pile of dough instead of being crispy like I asked for.
The lady who I guess is the manager (older, long greyish hair) did not care at all when I told her it was not well done. She just ignored me. She spent the 10 minutes I was in the store yelling at the workers in there because she was clearly flustered by how busy it was. Not very professional. I do not understand why anyone would ever work at a place that yells at them. I cannot support the business of someone who not only berates their employees but does it publicly. I will try one of the other 48 pizza places in the area instead. You all need to do better.

Order 8xlarge pizzas for a birthday party today pizza wasn't even cut into slices or No garlic butter sauce worse experience I ever had i called up there telling them about it guy said must of been forgotten how do you forget to cut the pizza and 8 pizzas no garlic sauce never again over 100 dollar order.ill stick with Casey's pizza !

This is the best Domino's around! They have great pizza and amazing customer service! As well as a fantastic price!
1. Delivery took 45 minutes extra than what they said. (1hr25min)
2. Ordered well done and got 2 soggy pizzas that had sat under the heat lamp for 20 minutes. (They were not well done)
3. Every time their driver Caleb arrives, he’s eating as he gets out of his car and approaches you.(save it for in the store and en route)
4. Informed the driver the pizzas were not done correctly and he just scampers off without a word.
I have also picked up my food and seen the older manager(Annette; I believe) eating as she approached the table to make more food and inserted the last of her food in her mouth and continued onto the line to make orders all while chewing over the line and no hand washing. Keep in mind dominos employees do not wear gloves and they get up in that with bare hands 🤢
Taking my business exclusively to newbys and Casey’s from now on. Gave you like 5 too many chances dominos 🤦🏽
Very clean and accommodating the order did not go through so when I arrived it was not ready the manager who was working immediately got on it even corrected a mistake I made when submitting my order had everything in 12 minutes no wonder they received 5 stars always order from this particular dominos even though there are closer ones feels more like a local mom and pop place not a franchise keep up the good work
I ordered a pan pizza square cut not that hard. It was not cut correctly. Manager told the guy who cut it wrong to remake and didn't say a word to me. They remade the pizza and still cut it wrong way and when an employee asked if had the pan pizzas isaid yes she opened box the check and saw it was wrong closed the box and handed it to me. And walked away. I checked the pizza and said its the same problem. Only thing manager said to me was I will give the 2 wrong pizzas free . The one was fresh and the other one sitting on the shelf getting cold. I didn't come for a free pizza. I just want my money back if they can't get a pizza correct, I maybe afraid to eat it

Only got an order of Chicken Alfredo & a pepperoni pizza for a quick dinner for the family. About an hour or 2 after the food settled. We all start getting nauseous, headaches, chills, and vomiting. It’s insane things like this happen.

After experiencing a death in our family we were exhausted and just wanting to be able to relax for a minute and have some quick and easy dominos.
Our entire experience was terrible. When we first called the store it took them about 40 rings to answer the phone. (Should have been my first red flag). I placed my order online and called to request our 32 wing order be cooked well done. Our wings were not well done. They were cold and had a consistency of steamed wings. I called back and explained they weren't cooked well done and I was met with nothing but attitude by Chance the manager. He started arguing over oven temperatures and I said listen I'm not trying to argue with you, my wings weren't well done no matter what temperature the inside was or wasn't when they came out of your oven. I told him I just wanted what I paid for. I explained the drive from our house and exactly how long it takes to get there. When we left and arrived our food was ready the second we got in the parking lot. That is humanly impossible unless they didn't cook our wings well done. When we pulled into the parking lot it still should have taken our food another 7-10 minutes as it still should have been cooking for the well done round. When I explained this to Chance he said he didn't care and continued to talk over me. We were on the phone for less than 4 minutes. He rudely cut me off in the beginning of our conversation and told me listen I don't have all night/I can't be talking about this. I have orders piling up on the screen and you're causing me to fall behind. It was incredibly rude to cut me off. As he continued to talk over me and said he was correct I said Jesus, I can't even talk and he said nope, we're done and hung up on me. I guess I am out the $28+ dollars for the wings. I tried calling back and he won't answer the phone. Great manager you have over there, Carterville Domino's. He must be a 20 something kid because he most definitely acted like it. We won't be back. Thanks for the $28.00 loss. My family is in NO WAY looking for free food, I explained that to him before being hung up on. We just wanted what we paid for.

Overall amazing. When they get it right it is some of the best food I’ve had. But they can be inconsistent. This dominoes in particular tends to do well with consistency and delivering great food on time. It has the potential to be perfect, however the quality of your experience can vary inconsistently. Still my favorite restaurant.

Cartervilles Dominos is sometimes very very slow ordered loaded tots and it took 30 minutes for it to be prepared and put in the oven and another 25 minutes for the order to be picked up this was at 330pm. When I called to see what the hold-up was or if they received my order no one answered. I was sitting in the parking lot the whole time and they were not busy. Its the third time this has happened.
