“Excellent food and atmosphere. We ordered a sea bass , a prime rib and some appetizers. Steak lollipops , pheasant civet were very tasty. We got a tiramisu as a birthday cake, however we had our own cake with us. Blake took excellent care of us , he arranged a knife and water to slice the cake, extra plates.
We were looking for a fine dining in Carbondale, it wasn’t easy but we got a last minute reservation. As Chicagoans we are little spoiled with good places to eat, and Ruthie’s Steak & Seafood was a great place to go.
The restaurant is very nice so rather is better to overdress than underdress. Our waiter was very elegant. Thank you Blake for the wonderful service.”

“It’s a good, standard diner. Portions and prices are reasonable. Food is good. Coffee is standard diner coffee so don’t get your hopes up. Not very strong and doesn’t taste that great, but that’s what you get at a diner. Everything else was pretty good!”

“We ate here for my daughters birthday and we were super happy! I thought the whole train theme of the restaurant was so cool & the kids loved the train table they had for them to play with. The pizza was probably the best pizza I’ve had in a very long time! Super good & friendly staff. Definitely want to go back!”

“I was here for a photo shoot. I entered separate from my party. The waitress escorted me to them and along the way gave me a small guided tour. She was beyond exceptional and the place was absolutely breathtaking. Dont tell my wife but I will be bringing her back here for a date night without the kiddos.”

“Greetings; in writing my review of Rob's Pit Barbeque in Carteville Illinois, I must say that those was the best tasting Rib Tips I've eaten since I was a little boy back in a small town in Arkansas. The meat was perfectly seasoned, thick, tender and juicy. The to-go plate was sufficient, although I could've eaten more, lol. Overall; everything was perfect, salute to the cooks, and hostess! There's no need for me to go anywhere else for my Rib Tips. I'll see you all again soon, when I bring the family and friends; thanks.”

“We went on a Friday evening and sat outside on the patio since we had our dog and the weather was nice. When we eat here, it always takes some time for the food to come out, but service is always friendly and the food is good. We originally ordered the spinach dip, the bruschetta pizza, and a buffalo chicken salad. Later on, we realized there was a dinner menu special so we ended up adding the salmon and steak entrees and brownie for dessert. The food here is very good and everything tastes like it's made from scratch so it's worth the wait. This is one of the few wineries in the area that actually has good food options and the venue indoors and outdoors is comfortable and pleasant.”

“This is the fastest McDonalds you will go to. They get out the orders so if there is a line its moving quickly. The inside is always clean. Other than that its the same as every other McDonalds.”

“Our favorite restaurant in Carbondale IL. My wife and I have been coming here for years. We heard they had new ownership so we were a bit concerned but the food was better than ever. Two Chicken Mogulghul and two cans of Vimto. Simple and delicious. Thanks Aban kitchen for always being there for us and having great food :) and a cozy atmosphere.”

“I dropped by in a snow storm one night and was blown away by the taste and quality of this chicken. I just returned to this area and cannot believe how tasty this chicken plus convenience of this place.
I have since picked up this chicken and taken some to my relatives and friends because more people need to try this place.
My elderly father tried to fight someone for the cajun potatoes. We were talking about the leftovers and he was like, the fried potatoes are mine! So even the sides are incredibly tasty.

Seriously, try this place, it's so good and they are so friendly.

“I want to give a huge shoutout to Kyle, manager at Quatro’s for his excellent customer service! He went above and beyond rectifying a couple of mishaps that I experienced with Q’s. My family have been ordering their pizza for years and I didn’t really want to start going somewhere else due to some problems with ordering etc, but kyle immediately called me (without me asking him to) and offered up a solution. Kudos to him especially when a lot of other restaurants would have just shrugged it off. Than u!!!”

That said, we did have to wait a bit to be seated, and the restaurant was really busy, so the service felt a bit slow and scattered at times. It’s understandable given how packed they were, but it did impact the overall experience slightly. Still, if you're not in a rush and want a tasty meal, it's worth a visit.”
