“My husband and I came through the Herrin Starbucks on our way from my grandmothers funeral, yesterday (7/26/26). We were upset and frazzled the entire time we were ordering. An employee, Jeffrey, was absolutely exceptional, patient, kind, and helped walk us through each step in the ordering process. I am sure we made it extremely difficult for him just to take our order, but he was so understanding. He helped to make a terrible day just a little better, and expected nothing in return. If this is how Jeffrey treated us at our worst, I am positive he is unstoppable to people at their best. Thank you, Jeffrey, for shining some light on our dark day. We will think of you every time we come through. Gabby M.”
