“Catered a lunch for Crownline....soooo good, and great service. Such nice folks!”

“A wonderful coffee shop in the heart of the town! Five out of five stars. If you’d like fancy coffee, but don’t wanna pay the big chains, this is the place to go. A nice quiet spot with gaming, puzzles and live entertainment on some nights.”

“Love this place for quick, convenient take out that’s refreshingly delicious!!! Large portions and super friendly.”

“Stopped in Dave's on my way home. I'm a sucker for Mac and cheese, so I got the Piggy Mac, I'd did not disappoint! love the atmosphere of the dinning room, there is plenty of space e between the tables. Good Luck, Dave. I hope you do great!!”

“Had such a great lunch today. We enjoyed the pizza and salad bar. Everything was fresh and tasty! Our server was amazing. She kept up with our table and our refills. I wish I would have caught her name but she had short curly hair. This was our first time here and we will definitely be back!”

“Decide to walk downtown in West Frankfort Illinois..To a local tavern for lunch
What I like about the establishment is in the middle of the restaurant is the bar..so waitress/ bartender can go back and forth freely

There is a cute duck claw game and several different adult lottery games There are TVs on both sides. there are two ways to come into the building . Very roomy and very spacious building

The attitude of the waiter was very friendly and very nice
And surprised it was not crowded because it was late afternoon Saturday

As far as the food only reason I gave it a 4 instead of five
Menu selections were limited @ cheese for burgers
Went with cheeseburger baskets the cheeseburger patty was a Great size the Patty very filling
Another great touch how they plated up the cheeseburger baskets
The cheeseburger patties which were very tasty and very good size came on a nicely toasted buttered roll
on the side there was lettuce and tomatoes and onions and pickles
I was very impressed at how they did this because nowadays you don't see a lot of places taking the time to make a plate look nice..
Then you have the french fries hot and crispy and plenty of them in the baskets and came with your choice of soda
Baskets were 12.00$ each very reasonable price for the amount of food that we received

From a friendly atmosphere to a friendly waiter
Hats off to the cook for good food all in all a great place

Now when I had last put my review up
I had given it a solid review
That recently has changed

In regards to the waitress with long blonde hair a female
who was very slow did not offer menus do not offer a drink did not check on one side of the restaurant by the time she got to ask him if he wanted anything it was about 20 minutes later and there was only one person in front of us who ordered chicken wings she is very rude and she was very rude

And as far as the owner of the establishment I did contact them they stated they would get back to me they got back to me once with no resolve to the issue

So I have now lowered the Stars

Due to a slow waitress
And an owner who does not take care of the issues”

“Friendly staff with more than you can ever want on your plate.”

“Passing throught the area, and found this little hidden gem, the food was fresh and tasty. It's located just a short distance from the highway, and is worth checking out. Staff was friendly, and prices were very affordable. Thank you for filling our bellies during our long trip.”

“Food is fantastic and very affordable. You can grab what is already prepared or place an order. They've never gotten our order wrong and we've never waited more than twenty minutes.”

“Don't buy drinks. ask for diet you'll get regular or regular and get diet it's been bad for last 2+ years. We used to get cherry lime 2 times a day & they are messing up the orders. Giving them diabetics”

“Its a McDonald's, what else could one say about it. Its always a surprise to have your order come out without mistakes. The prices need to come WAY down though. The cost doesn't match quality.”

“They moved it across the street so everything is new (and it's on the left now). The lady who was working there today was So nice!! She didn't skimp on my sandwich either; it was made right!”

“Every time I come to the drive-through, The people are very nice, they always ask you how your day is going, etc. They always get your order out pretty fast, even if it’s a big order and it has always been right! Don’t get me wrong I understand people make mistakes, but they have never given me the wrong thing or left an item out or anything like that!”

“Love papa John's pizza. It is one of my favorite places to get pizza.”

“IMPORTANT UPDATE BELOW: They do not make good food for late night. This is the second time I've been there and gotten bad food prepared for me. They need to get it together. Look at this taco with one little piece of meat. Absolutely ridiculous! That's just part of a really bad purchase that seems to be what they serve at this location. Beware of the West Frankfort Illinois location.

Redemption! This place is really turning the page and stepping up their game! New Manager, New Assistant Manager (I believe anyway) and the food has been soooo much better. Good job guys! Keep up the hard work and somebody get me that guy with the dreamy blue eyes phone number! 😍”

“Best Mexican Cuisine and Service in Southern Illinois hands down. I’ve never had anything I didn’t thoroughly enjoy. The portions are an incredible value. The Mi Fajitas are phenomenal.”

“The first time I ever ate here was while serving jury duty last summer. It was amazing! Cute, very friendly staff and great soup and sandwiches! I've been back several times since then and it's always great! The coffees are amazing too.”

“When we walked into Gabby & Granny's restaurant this evening we saw some old friends so we sat at their table. The food was awesome and the conversation was lively. What a great place to eat amazing food while catching up with our friends. Thank you for making this possible.”

“Amazing Mango Tacos & The California Burrito.. AMAZING! This little spot, El Jalisco, has made it to my top 5 favorites list!”

“We celebrated our 60th Anniversary at Mary’s with our family. Nick did an outstanding job taking care of 25 people. Impressive! Nothing about the evening could have been better. Thank you to the cooks and everyone involved.”

“Thanks Bailey Scott-McGee for the great service. Clean relaxed atmosphere and excellent food. Highly recommend”

“The $5 slice and drink deal is amazing. It's big and so far each time I get it, it's been delicious. It's hard to find places to get lunch that includes a drink for this price.”

“My husband and I finally tried India Delight's buffet style dine in this evening. Everything was delicious! I can be picky about veggies, but everything was cooked just right and savory. We tried a little bit of everything, and all of the flavors were different but complimented each other well. The garlic naan was soft and pillowy on the inside, with a slight crispness to the top. The vegetable samosa with tamarind chutney was lovely, with a nice flaky shell, and a filling that was both hearty and light, with a hint of lemon citrus, a great pairing with the chutney. The mango pudding was divine. It was creamy, light, sweet, but not too sweet, and the crushed pistachios sprinkled on top added a nice finish. It was easily the best pudding I've ever had. The owners are wonderful, and you can taste the love and pride they put into their food. We will definitely be back and encourage others to check them out.”

“1st timers ....Great food- decent prices and friendly atmosphere!! Hard to come by anymore. Will be back!”
