The W.Frankfort McDonald's was clean & the employees were warm & friendly. Our cashier & the lady who brought our food were friendly. Good impression for our first visit.
Amazing McDonald’s clean and friendly
Its a McDonald's, what else could one say about it. Its always a surprise to have your order come out without mistakes. The prices need to come WAY down though. The cost doesn't match quality.

McDonald's is a well-maintained fast-food establishment with a friendly and professional staff. The restaurant has ample parking, including designated areas for disabled and handicapped individuals. However, some customers have reported issues with order accuracy, service quality, and food temperature. Despite these concerns, the restaurant is described as an average fast-food establishment. The reviews highlight the need for improvement in order processing and cleanliness, but also acknowledge the staff's efforts to address any issues that arise.
