I've attempted to order food from this establishment twice. Just looking at the building and the parking lot, let alone what it looks like on the inside. It's completely unappealing and disgusting.It's obviously a manager issue, but also a corporate issue. They need to step in and re-establish this place, because my personally opinion.. Knock it down.If you don't have any care for a simple hamburger, such as making it correctly or what it looks like. This isn't to include the mentality, such as unsafe handling. You cannot honestly expect anyone to think that anything coming out of that Hardee's in Carterville is safe.

C'mon it's still Hardee's. Food was hot and timely even though the place was packed. I mean everyone was there. I thought I'd pop in and grab some breakfast sandwiches for the crew at 7 am-parking lot brimming and no less than 30 people inside. Locals, older folk just hee-hawing bout what's the latest in the greater Carter-Crainville area. You couldn't swing a cat without hitting a spry octogenarian. The place to be at 7am on a Monday for miles around. 3 or 4 employees making it look easy with quick efficiency-good team behind the counter. You can get to $25 without drinks and still not fill 4 bellies...looking for that dollar menu.

Have McDonalds or Hardee’s breakfast every morning. 3/4 of the time at Hardee’s there’s a sign on the drive thru “exact change only” and am told “out of cinnamon rolls”. Seems to always be an employee or two short as the wait in the drive thru line is ridiculously long. I watch peak ole pull out of time all the time. McDonalds had it all down to the science and is always fast. Hardee’s, never! The only positive I can say is the one lady that’s usually always there every morning has ALWAYS been pleasant, whatever the situation or problem/issue is.

Just stopped by here, stood at the counter for 5 minutes and saw no one so i hollered out "hello" cause i could hear people back there and still no one came. So i left and got in my car, as im pulling out i see a younger guy peak out the door and take his hat off and rub his hair (ewww) and another guy was standing behind him. Im a GM of a fast food restaurant so i get being short handed but this was just horrible. Im really disappointed cause I love hardees and i live 3 minutes away but ill never come back here again. Please do better next time for the customers that will come back.

I like that they provide free Wi-Fi, but only get order correct about half the time and that's after a long wait. I would not recommend going there if your in a hurry.
It took forever to waited on, lady at counter rude and unprofessional, think she was on some kind of drugs, food was cold, no ice in ice machine. No lids for cups.
We had to wait 15 minutes for our food. Nothing fancy. Standard right off the menu.

They promise a receipt. I asked for one and they told me I can't have it. I asked why not and they told me they don't give out receipts. I asked if there was a manager or person in charge to talk to. The guy at the window claimed there is no such person. While leaving one of the other people who work there almost hit my car when he drove away at high speed. They only hire people who should not be working with the public. I won't be back.
