Asked for hot chocolate. Got warm milk. Not sure how or why it’s difficult for to mess up something so simple.
I came through this morning and purchased one of the new deluxe chicken sandwich combos and one of the spicy chicken sandwich combos. On the deluxe I asked for extra mayonnaise. On the spicy I asked for extra pickles. While in the drive thru I asked for some mayonnaise packets. I was told they didn't have any so I then asked for a cup of mayonnaise. I was refused that as well. I went a head and took my food and went home. When I got home both of our sandwiches were messed up....read full review
Annoyed to spend $15 at a fast food place. Got the crispy chicken sandwich meal with a carmel frappe no whipped cream and a 6 piece nugget (for my pups). Handed me the frappe with whipped cream on it... ok no biggie, I can scrape it off. Got home, had a 4 piece nugget, not that big of a deal even though I paid for 6 but the nuggets were definitely old and gross.
