This is the fastest McDonalds you will go to. They get out the orders so if there is a line its moving quickly. The inside is always clean. Other than that its the same as every other McDonalds.

I used my code for a free quarter pounder and also ordered a small water. I have done the same thing and have been charged a dime for the small water I come through and no one is ahead of me when I get to the window after they said to pull forward, they said they did not have my order. I was been told to pull forward to The next window where they again said they did not have my order. They did not believe me even after showing That their system had taken my code. I was then given a bottled water.

Have to brag for once. This is the best McDonald's I've ever ate at. Hot fresh food tea was awesome and food very tasty employees were well trained and very quick and polite thank you for your excellent service very impressed

I ordered for curbside pick up, but my app wouldn't let me select my pickup space, so i called the store and the young man that answered informed me that unless i could check in on the app, I couldn't get my food and would have to re order, but the order that I couldn't pick up would be refunded, I re ordered and had no problems the second time around, however, my first order was not refunded so I'm out 30 bucks. I later read in the app FAQ section that I could have gone into the restaurant to pick up my order. I had to pay twice to get one order.. I'm not going to return to this restaurant, though up to this point I'd had no issues but this was a deal breaker!

Pulled up to order as follows; Hamburger Happy meal, white milk, double cheeseburger, medium fries, medium mocha frappe. Was pulled up to the pay window and told I could not use the receipt from last visit because a Happy meal did not count as the higher or lower priced item. Also had requested extra fries instead of the apple, was told that they no longer do that, even though I have done it many times before. Got up to the window got two straws Happy meal (without extra fries) and the double cheeseburger and fries. I was ve y upset so drive off with my frappe.. My fault. Tried to call to see if I could a refund or a frappe. No answer which has happened a lot of times before. Will go back and order again and see what happens . I do know when you order a breakfast burrito with out cheese you do not get as much filling as much in one with cheese. Don't know if it's ew management or what, was not very happy.

So my teacher order food for me and my friends we gave her are money that we earned snd she had a mobile order and I got a 10 peace nugget meal I only got 8 nuggets and my fry’s where not filled my friend got a large fry and it wasn’t even filled 1/4 of the way full and my teacher only got 9/10 nuggets I do not recommend carterville McDonalds
Clean location but rude staff. Sunday afternoon snd all I was faced with was bitchy staff. Zero stars.

Couldn't get anyone to take my order in the drive thru. They kept saying be right with you. I could hear people laughing and talking but not taking orders. The other drive thru line sent 4 cars through and still no one could take my order. Today's workforce is pathetic.

Just went through the drive thru to pick up my online order and they ripped me off again. I ordered a bacon double quarter pounder and they gave me a regular quarter pounder. This restaurant is full of employees that don't care and are incompetent of putting correct orders together. Mc Donald's is absolutely terrible now. Prices are through the roof and service is absolute garbage. Stop stealing from people and do your job.
