Pulled up to order as follows; Hamburger Happy meal, white milk, double cheeseburger, medium fries, medium mocha frappe. Was pulled up to the pay window and told I could not use the receipt from last visit because a Happy meal did not count as the higher or lower priced item. Also had requested extra fries instead of the apple, was told that they no longer do that, even though I have done it many times before. Got up to the window got two straws Happy meal (without extra fries) and the double cheeseburger and fries. I was ve y upset so drive off with my frappe.. My fault. Tried to call to see if I could a refund or a frappe. No answer which has happened a lot of times before. Will go back and order again and see what happens . I do know when you order a breakfast burrito with out cheese you do not get as much filling as much in one with cheese. Don't know if it's ew management or what, was not very happy.

So my teacher order food for me and my friends we gave her are money that we earned snd she had a mobile order and I got a 10 peace nugget meal I only got 8 nuggets and my fry’s where not filled my friend got a large fry and it wasn’t even filled 1/4 of the way full and my teacher only got 9/10 nuggets I do not recommend carterville McDonalds

Couldn't get anyone to take my order in the drive thru. They kept saying be right with you. I could hear people laughing and talking but not taking orders. The other drive thru line sent 4 cars through and still no one could take my order. Today's workforce is pathetic.

Just went through the drive thru to pick up my online order and they ripped me off again. I ordered a bacon double quarter pounder and they gave me a regular quarter pounder. This restaurant is full of employees that don't care and are incompetent of putting correct orders together. Mc Donald's is absolutely terrible now. Prices are through the roof and service is absolute garbage. Stop stealing from people and do your job.

I came here & dined in the other night because of the bad experiences I have had with the McDonald's locations where I live & when I came here to eat, I was very disappointed & disgusted by the condition the dining area looked & the nonchalant demeanor of the employees! I haven't been inside this McDonald's in several years & back then when I ate here, the dining area was always clean & nice but sadly, coming here recently was a slap in the face! After I was done eating, I saw a big centipede crawl under the table & I threw my tray & even my drink in the trash & left! PSA: Carterville McDonald's get it together! 💯🙄

This McDonald's is always so rude and never get orders right. Even simple things like a bottle of water is too much to ask of them. They forgot a bottle of water with my order this morning in the drive through and I had to park and go inside to get it. I waited for five minutes for an employee to even come to the counter. I said hi i just need to grab a bottle of water please. Went through the drive through and didn't get it. Crystal, the MANAGER, replied in a short not friendly tone "just a minute" and started to take someone's order. I said "it's just a bottle of water. Can I get it real quick?". "Just a sec". ZERO reason she couldn't just grab the water and hand it to me. We go there frequently. 75% of our orders are incorrect and missing items. Staff is always rude. I've calculated nearly $300 in missing items from orders. Calls to management get zero response. The staff have been overtly rude even when we remain polite and address issies without ever raising our voices or being rude. Sadly there's only one place to drive through in the a.m. to get coffee in this town so they think it's okay to treat repeat customers like garbage. I will drive to another town instead of going there from now on. Please please hire new management. This is absurd.
