I was having trouble with my McDonald's app while paying and they did not even bother to help me with my app while paying so I did not even get any food or any drinks. To be honest, I went over to DQ and got a water cup for free and filled it up with soda and went over to McDonald's and started drinking it right in front of the workers

On Monday April 8th @ 10:00 am. The cashier was confused and not sure of items on the menu. Had a ask for our drink cups and coffee. Was never asked if we needed cream or sugar for coffee (had to go ask for them). The food was very cold and food items were missing on our tray. The employee (I believe she was a lead or Manager of some kind) delivering the food was very rude and should have checked our order before she delivered it to our table. Asked for butter & syrup for pancakes and butter for Biscuits there was none,had to go and ask for some and was asked why I needed them!!. Helloo.. because we didn't receive any with our meal. The store was dirty and the bathrooms needed assistance. We were very disappointed in this McDonald's because this was the day of the Solar eclipse!! The restaurant was not that busy either. Not likely to return to this location..

Ordered fish filet drove approx 2 miles home to eat. The fish sandwich was like it was sitting on a hot plate. The bun was stale, the fish cold so cheese was not even slightly melted. I love the fish sandwich but this one was trash.

This has got to be the cleanest McDonald's I have ever been in. The service is prompt and polite-some of the nicest young people I have ever met work here. The large order was taken and served quickly. The restaurant is clean and comfortable. I would certainly visit this McDonald's again.

My husband and I were the only car there at 7am and we ordered a medium Caramel Frappe and denied the RMHC donation. We were charged for a small Frappe, and 0.81¢ to the Ronald McDonald house foundation. Not cool bro. No means no. Fundraiser or not.
