Not the best server! No matter how many times we go in she always messes up the order. And she is not the best at multi tasking.
I sat there for 25 min waiting on ice. The food is amazing which is why i keep going back but im not sure its worth having to deal with her. The girl that takes over for /as manager when he is not there does great and handling things.
The booth seat could use some attention.

Overall i love the food but i can't handle the one server in particular. Unfortunately she is always the one there i have by chance once gotten someone else and everything was great.
And the trains are amazing.

Reasonable prices we had spaghetti with meat sauce and Lasagna with side salads both were good except they need to drain the water from the pasta it was very watery

I had to call back 6 times because the phone kept hanging up and when calling back it goes to a dial tone. I placed my order (paid with my card over the phone)for delivery and was told 25-30 minutes. Over an hour later called back because I hadn't gotten my food. They had put my order in as pick up. Why would I pay over the phone if i was coming in to get it? Then tells me it will be another 30 minutes before I got my food. That had been made and had already been sitting for 40 minutes. Tried to cancel my order but they had already charged my card so that wasn't an option according to the lady on the phone. Food was decent but not fresh at all.

By far the best pizza in the area. Would recommend the Chicken Alfredo pizza, but everything is good. The double-decker is good and is considered sort of a specialty thing.

Honestly one of the best childhood memories to bring my kids too who remember it because of the trains and the delicious homestyle foods.

We've been here a few times and the pizza is very reasonably priced, food comes out very quickly, and everything we have eaten has been tasty. A large supreme pizza, chef salad, and a fountain drink comes out to under $40, and that includes tip. The atmosphere is casual and a major hit for kids with the train theme! My son loves the train table and the train that travels around the ceiling.

We waited for over an hour in the restaurant for our pizza while the to go pizzas were zipping out the door. Not a single table in the restaurant had food but about 15 pizzas (no lie) went out the door. After all that wait, the order wasn't quite right.
