Wonderful experience at this Cartersville Subway. I don't eat pork and asked the two women serving us to change their gloves and they both did so happily! I was really touched by their simple kindness and willingness to help.

I've been going to the store for 4 years. My favorite store in my area . Until today . I ordered online like always and got it home. There's almost no meat on it , the chicken has a funny taste to it like it may have went bad, and way too much honey mustard.. next time I will definitely go to the store order it online and watch them make it .

The girls working there r awesome and the topping don't have other toppings mixed in so if u have allergies this is the place for u. I give a 5 out of 5Dietary restrictions: Super clean no cross transfer with the foodstuffs and the girls went out of their way to let me know they were happy to help me

I tried to place an online order with the Subway (Carterville IL) app today. I have used this app several times but today when I went to check out there was an added charge to my bill for $3+ for a tip for the "sandwich artist". I know Subway pays their employees above minimum wage and they are not considered tipped employees. When I order in the store I always kick in a few bucks (cash) especially since the pandemic started. However, I refuse to pay a forced tip that automatically appears on my bill. I have no way to change the amount or delete it. I find this practice very offensive to be forced to pay an online tip or Subway holds my order hostage. Subway employees are making a sandwich, putting it in a bag and taking my payment, something they are paid to do. They aren't checking to see if everything is ok, refilling my drink, etc. like a server in a sit down restaurant would be doing. Also, I seriously wonder if the employees actually receive the online tips. If this practice continues, I will no longer be a Subway customer.
