No customer service skills at this restaurant. Food appeared to be made when I ordered but the food I received was not fresh. Dried out burger on a dried out bun, crispy chicken that’s was soaked in grease and not crispy, fries were cold and soggy. Staff in the kitchen yelling at each other instead of making the food. More staff than customers…now I know why.

Waited a long time at the drive thru for anyone to take my order. There were no other cars in the drive thru or parking lot. Chicken in wrap was cold and tasted like it sat in a warmer for a long time.

It's astonishing to me that I have to "pull forward" every time I'm there for a sausage biscuit and hash rounds. Literally the bread and butter of the menu and it takes 15 mins. Might as well shut the drive-thru down at this point. When did we take the fast out of fast food?

There was little white hairs all over the kids meal we got which was tenders and fries and then there was little white hairs in the fries for my meal. Won’t be going back. To expensive to pay for a meal and have to throw it all away.
