We had eight separate orders and the two young ladies at the counter were super nice and got everything correct. They even labeled the bags for us. In a world of increasingly bad service, this was an awesome surprise!
Zack was exceptionally good! Helpful, and so pleasant! He must be a great employee!
Gracie was amazing and so super sweet!y food was hot and fresh and my hash browns were actually filled to the top!

Hardee's is a restaurant known for its friendly and caring staff, with many customers praising the courteous and accommodating service. The team often goes above and beyond to deliver fresh, high-quality food, such as hot chicken strips, with some customers experiencing wait times of around 20 minutes, which they find acceptable. Several reviews highlight the cleanliness of the store and bathrooms, as well as the professionalism of staff members working both at the counter and drive-thru, with names like Heather, Erin, Taylor, and Zane mentioned for their great service. Customers appreciate the timely delivery of their orders and the good flavor of the food, especially when prepared properly. However, there was a mention of a chicken sandwich tasting fishy, possibly due to oil issues. Overall, customers have had positive experiences, especially with breakfast items, and note that the staff often handles busy times well, making for a caring and pleasant dining experience.
