Wood Inn Reviews
Speaking for the MDH Family Clinic Crew. We had our Christmas party tonight and I asked the Wood Inn to cater. We were a pretty simple group! Salad, pastas and a dessert! Everything was delicious as ever! Idk what they do with their apple crisp BUT it is amazing! Thank you to the crew at the bar for making this happen!
I stopped in for the first, last and only time last September with a friend and coworker of mine who's new to the area. The Wood Inn is a local favorite known for its top-notch atmosphere, friendly servers, and skilled bartenders who craft exquisite drinks. The food is generally good, with standout dishes like the Whiskey Smash Burger and ravioli. Steaks can be exceptional, although there may be occasional inconsistencies. The atmosphere is safe and relaxing, perfect for listening to live music. While the exterior may be intimidating, the food and service make it a must-visit in Carthage, with options like the Ruben and Philly sandwiches that are sure to please. However, some customers have reported encountering issues with management and staff, which can detract from the overall dining experience.
