Food was awful, had to ask for plates to be cleared, waited 10 mins for drinks, and people were unbelievable RUDE!!!
WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!

Nice place, with Italian soul. Place was almost full but service was little bit hectic and chaotic. Food was nice. Hoping next time will be better

Delicious food. Close to a date night feel but does have flat screens with ball sports on. Spicy sauce was amazing, peach cheesecake was WOW

With reservations made, we had an older lady greet us but told us to wait as she could not work the computer to check for our reservation. We observed this lady hoovering all night, not assisting as it was clear she could not even get water for patrons as she observed a husband pouring his water into his wife's glass as she had none.
A young lady came and we were seated. We were given the complementary bread basket in a few minutes but had to wait 17 minutes to get a glass of water and we waited almost 20 minutes for our waitress to come. When she finally came, we ordered drinks and that took another 10 minutes for us to get those. When she came back with the drinks we decided to place the appetizer and the dinner order all at once. Dinner took what seemed to be an eternity to come out to the table. The table next next to us, got seated 20 minutes after us, and we're wrapping up their dinner by the time we got ours. They had 3 individuals and we were just the 2 of us. Our waitress just takes orders and maybe brings out drinks. Another person just brings the food, and yet another just brings water and bread. It appears the restaurant has a person for each function but lacks organization and guidance. With this many folks on staff, there is no reason I should ask for water, my waitress to come back for the bill after she dropped off. We were there for 1hr and 45 mintes, dinner for 2 with only 1 soup for appetizer, 1 drink each as we were never asked if we wanted another and dessert each. It has gotten worse every time we have come. Time for a change.
By the way, we heard other patrons asking for their waitress as well and water...etc. while we were there. They help expediting.

We have the goat cheese appetizer and it's great.

My niece had the salmon dish and she loved it. I had the four cheese penne pasta and it was amazing.

The atmosphere is so relaxing and so low-key it's a great place to go to end your day.

The waiter had a perfect sense of timing. He kept my Coca-Cola refilled without me asking which is a greatly appreciated. He cleared away empty dishes and attended to the table very well.

Since eating out is more expensive these days I really do appreciate all the details that make the entire experience worth it.

The food is wonderful and the staff is great. Full of recommendations and glad we followed them.

Have been here many times. Service is always great. Food is always really good and they have a good sized menu. They have some sister restaurants (zazas) that are also good. Cocktails came from the bar quickly. I have many of their dishes over the years. Definitely would recommend.

Top notch place! It's a little pricey but the food is fantastic and the atmosphere is great!

i recently had a disappointing experience at a restaurant that I felt compelled to share. I went there for dinner with my fiancée, mother, and our two young kids, ages 3 and 1. Initially, the dinner was fantastic; we were enjoying our time together and the food was great. However, after about an hour and 20 minutes, we were abruptly told we had to leave because of other reservations. This was incredibly frustrating, especially since I still had my drink left, and we had just paid our tab As we were leaving, we encountered a manager and inquired about the situation. To our shock, she responded by asking if we knew how to read English, which felt incredibly rude and unprofessional. I pulled up my reservation online and nowhere does it say there was a time limit. To make matters worse, as we walked through the bar to exit, she followed my mother and physically shoved her three times. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable in any establishment, and it left a sour taste in what could have been a lovely evening. We called the cops to make a report as the manager "lucy" (she told me this was her name) should never be able to touch a customer. Especially since we were not refusing to leave AND my kids were there to witness it all. In the car my son kept asking why the lady pushed my mom . This shouldn't be something I need to answer as it never should have happened. She tried telling the cops she did not have the "intent" to hurt but to get us out . Yet we were not even refusing to leave...only letting her know it was rude as we still had stuff that was unfinished that we paid for. I understand that restaurants have to manage reservations, but there are respectful ways to handle these situations. Additionally, she left it up to the waiter to tell us we had to leave . I won't be returning, and I hope this feedback helps others make an informed decision. And please , if you were in the bar / restaurant when this all happened , speak up on how wrong it was of her to push someone like that.

Excellent food and good service

I was somewhat disappointed with the Lasagna, that they boasted was so good. My wife's Chicken Marsala, however, was very good. Will go back and try other dishes.

Cucina Rustica is a treasure! I had the lasagna, and it was incredible—perfectly layered with rich sauce, tender pasta, and just the right amount of cheese. The cozy atmosphere and attentive service made the experience even better. Can’t wait to return!
