Analyse is the best! She does the best latte art and really knows how to make a matcha! Would 12 out 10 recommend sitting in the cafe with your drink of choice. The coffee is decent and the place is nice, good location too. The staff is not rude but also not that nice.I was here this morning and ordered a cappuccino. I was waiting for my coffee to be given to me and noticed that it's been seating in the counter for few minutes. There was 1 customer after me. I wasn't called to let me know that my coffee was ready even if im in front of the counter. Conscious Cup is the best coffee shop in the area, by far. And the Cary location is small, but quaint and welcoming. Great cappuccinos that are served in ceramic cups (as all cappuccinos should be). My go-to is a cappuccino, but the pourovers are great, too. The breakfast pastries are amazingly good (my favorite is the chocolate scone!). Great location by the train tracks.
