The station 's ticket counter has not been open for weeks. I don't know why. I downloaded the Ventra app and was able to buy an electronic ticket.

Cary was long overdue for a Metra shelter on the inbound side of the tracks. For the longest time it was either freeze during the winter waiting for the train or go to Fox River Grove. This shelter is clean and is a nice addition to Cary.
