Hello everybody this is the 5th time when I order the Beach Club sandwich and they give me 3 slices of turkey come on guy !!! You can’t even taste the turkey.. so disappointed of this location… You guys scamming people trying make more money.. but guess what you and losing the costumers!!! That’s the last time I’m ordering anything from You Guys !!!

I ordered food on the app. Said app didn't tell me that this location was closed on a Saturday night. I placed my order, and now that I've checked online, I am unable to receive my food. I am NOT happy! I want a refund! This was HORRIBLE! I'll never be shopping here again. I do expect to hear back from this place with my refund! This was NOT FREAKY FAST!

This was the worst manager. Terrible. She was rude and wouldn't admit to making a sandwich wrong. I ordered a veggie sandwich with no cheese and Mayo. I asked for Dijon mustard instead. There was no Dijon mustard but continued to tell me she made the sandwich and with the mustard between the cheese when there was no cheese!!!! She was horrible. She also asked for the sandwich back . The bread was hard. I said that and she continued to tell me it was freshly baked out of the oven. Just admit you screwed up. I love Jimmy Johns but I will NEVER go back to this one, it is ran horrible and I feel bad for whoever works for her. They also forgot a bag of chips. Terrible Jimmy Johns. I will gladly go to the one not in Cary. Shame on that girl. I will tell everyone I know to not go to the Jimmy Johns in Cary. There is a way to run a business and that is not it. Thanks for a bad experience.

I haven't been to this Jimmy John's in a long time. Today the service was good the last time I was there with my elderly mother who had Alzheimer's the employee grew impatient with her and began yelling at her.With the turn over at these places I doubt the young man still works here; but, the experience resulted in me never wanting to eat at Jimmy John's again. I ate there today only bcuz it was convenient and I needed something after fasting for my doctor's appointment, otherwise I wouldn't have gone to this or any Jimmy John's because of the way they treated my mother.
