I haven't been to this Jimmy John's in a long time. Today the service was good the last time I was there with my elderly mother who had Alzheimer's the employee grew impatient with her and began yelling at her.With the turn over at these places I doubt the young man still works here; but, the experience resulted in me never wanting to eat at Jimmy John's again. Pretty good service for takeout. Employees wear masks, but no gloves when delivering food out to the cars. Most stores in the air protect their employees and customers with gloves. Maybe JJ should start following the same policy.
